We ship all items out within one business day of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Items paid for before 12:00pm EST, will generally ship the same day. Orders paid for after 12:00pm EST, will ship out the following business day. Orders paid for after 12:00pm EST on Friday, will ship out the following Monday.
We ship all items under 16oz by 1st class mail and all items over 16oz ship out USPS Priority Mail. We also offer International Shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program. (eBay will charge you the shipping cost regardless of what we have charged for shipping)
We will accept any item back for a return and refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, assuming it ships back in the same condition it arrived in. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for any item that arrives damaged or for any mistake on our part.
If the buyer just decides they no longer want the item, they bought the wrong item, or the item doesn't fit, we will accept the item for a return, but the buyer will assume the return shipping cost.
A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
