Near Mint condition.
A true one of a kind knife as was every piece Mr. Kneubuhler made. This is a custom, handforged knife made by Walt Kneubuhler himself back in the 1960's-'70s. It does not look exactly like any of the catalog knives. The blade resembles a "Sweetwater" model blade with a patch knife handle.
Nice beefy blade and handle fits well in the hand.
Lanyard hole and leather straps on handle.
Mr Kneubuhler passed away in 1982; a true loss to the knife making community.
This one has been very slightly used and lightly resharpened. Near mint condition. Very slight handling marks, fine scratches on blade. Very minor handling marks on sheath.
Natural battle scars and scratches on the antler handle give this one some awesome character; the stories it could tell!
This knife will serve you for your lifetime and you can hand it down to the grandkids.
