NEW 3M TRANSPARENCY FILM - PP 2200 for use by handwriting or with plain paper copiers/printers.  8.5" by 11" - 100 COUNT.  Features: black image on clear; removable sensing strip.  You can use this in a work, school, or home school setting.  Write on it with erasable marker and project it for your home school classroom, or print things on it with your printer!  You don't need a smart board if you have these.

I have listed for sale several health and beauty items, which I purchased at a drug store or department store (unless otherwise noted), before being prescribed specific products by my dermatologist.  I am selling vs. giving away or throwing away these items, as I have a substantial investment in these already-purchased NEW products in my beauty "closet."
Men's items or children's items were purchased by me for other family members who ended up not wanting/using the products or for whom I bought too many.
The items I am selling are NEW and listed as such unless they are noted as USED in a category that eBay permits for the selling of used items.
Original packaging is included when available and applicable.
The items I am selling are UNMODIFIED; I am the ORIGINAL purchaser of the items and I have no reason to believe items are expired in cases where no expiration date is printed or is covered by store labels.

Items have been stored in a temperature-controlled environment.  Realize, however, that transportation methods used by shipping services are not a temperature-controlled environment, and items may be on a truck or aircraft in Florida (shipping point of origin) in the heat.

Lotions are creams may separate in transit (particularly in heat in transit) and should be gently shaken or stirred upon arrival to ensure consistency prior to use of the product.

Due to your computer or phone settings and photography lighting, colors may appear different in person than in listing photos.  I have done my best to represent the look of the actual item.
Sometimes, manufacturers do not completely fill bottles, tubes, containers, etc. and sell "air" - Like with bags of potato chips, I take them at their word that they have included the volume of product labeled on packaging (e.g. X fl oz), even if the package appears not to be full to the brim.  This does NOT mean that the product has been used.
Cosmetics items may have bubbles or other minor imperfections related to manufacture.  These are not defects or signs of usage.
Not all manufacturers provide inner seals, leak-proof caps, tamper-proof caps, or other mechanisms that make the freshness and newness of the product apparent, but you are getting it in the condition sold to me.
Packaging may have minor handling/shelf wear.  Any material defects in packaging will have been noted in the item description.  If you are purchasing an item as a gift, and the packaging and way the item is packaged is important to you, please message me prior to purchase.
Items are wrapped very carefully to prevents damage and leaks (in the case of liquid items) during shipping; however, I am not responsible for the arrival condition of uninsured items that have been packed carefully, since the postal system is what it is.  Some items do not respond well to being dropped, exposed to cold or heat, placed upside down, or shaken while in transit.
Seller will not insure packages, unless buyer explicitly requests insurance and makes arrangements with the seller to do so.  Some carriers and service levels, such as USPS priority mail include some level of insurance.  Buyer should not assume that other/additional coverage is being provided.  Buyer must cooperate fully to successfully support any insurance claim and will not be entitled to any claim proceeds, discount, or refund without this cooperation.
In the event seller agrees to a return, however it may have arisen, return will be at buyer's expense unless explicitly agreed otherwise with seller.  Returns will only be accepted within time frames dictated by eBay and for an item returned in the condition as described and depicted at the time of sale and, if new, still possessing as applicable its attached product/price tags, price tag or size label/sticker, new box or unaltered package, shrink wrap/cellophane, external and/or internal seal, book dust cover/jacket, and/or other aspects of condition that were present at the time of sale.  All boxes, packing materials, cellophane, tissue paper, plastic bags, branded bags, garment bags, brochures or instruction pamphlets, batteries, dust jackets/covers/bags, product labels, extra parts/beads, certificates of authenticity, or other enclosures included with your item are considered part of the sale and must be included in what is returned in the same condition as when sold. For example, tags may not be cut off and sent back loose with an item.  An item in box with a pamphlet may not be sent back without its pamphlet.  New items may not be tried or tested and returned, as they would then not be in new condition. Previously used items may not be tried or tested and must be sent back in the condition and quantity/volume present at the time of sale.  Books may not be read or handled other than cursory examination and may not be written in, dog-eared, opened roughly, or otherwise marked. Seller takes photos of items at the time of shipment and reserves the right to use these, in addition to the listing photos and listing description, to support the condition of the item at the time of sale and shipment.  If Seller arranges for return shipping, Seller reserves the right to select the cheapest option, regardless of original shipping method used, or to dictate a better shipping method to expedite return or better protect the item.  Seller reserves the right to offer a partial refund in lieu of accepting a return, regardless of published return policies.
Shipping charges are fixed based on an estimate for any location in the continental U.S.  As such, you may be undercharged or overcharged, but this difference will not be material. Note that eBay charges me a portion of the postage you have paid as a sales commission, so I do not receive the full amount that you are charged for shipping.
