Features:  Suitable for High-quality Polyester, Material with cotton content≤30% ( like Pillow, Light-colored Clothes). Hard objects must be coated (like Mug, Plate, Porcelain), Mouse pad, Jigsaw, Metal plate, Slate painting, School bag, Phone case, etc. Ink-saving and perfect finishing on your transfers process. Make the transferred image a high color-reproduction, wrinkle-free, bouncy and delicate touch. Durable and no crack, no peeling off or fading. Tips: Single-sided printing, the correct side is white, and the back is covered with watermark.  Not suitable for textured surfaces substrates, such as wood. Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Return unsatisfactory products

And you must return the item in new or unused, unopened, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.

Undeliverable package
The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
