Short 10" Inch 4 Conductor / Pin Line Mounting Cord RJ11C RJ14C Wall Phone 6P4C

Description

This is a 4 conductor phone cord used between the phone and the wall jack. It is 10 inches long. Normally it is  used a wall phone where you don't /can't contend with 9 miles of extra cord. This is a 4 conductor cord with the center 4 pins having gold plated contacts. The connector is actually 6 pins (places for wires) wide to match the standard wall jack found. New but not in a container.
It will work on a single, two line or most any non-IP (VoIP) business phone. Single line phones use the center two pins Two line phones sometimes have both lines in one line cord. In that case they use the next two pins from center. Some of the two line phones require one cord per line.
RJ11C is generally referred to as either a 6 pin 2 conductor or sometimes a 6 pin 4 conductor. RJ14C is 6 pins wide with 4 conductors.
This cord will NOT work for an IP phone.
They use an ethernet connection which requires an 8 conductor RJ45 cord.
