This heroically-scaled Bowie Knife was handmade as part of the original prototypes developed for the
KodiaK
Classic American Fighting Knives Limited Edition Collection
. This is one of the last remaining Monster Bowie prototypes made by the same team of legendary blademasters that designed and hand-crafted one of the most unique and historically important Antebellum Period American Fighting Knives Collections in the world.
The number of
KodiaK
prototype edged-masterpieces that were created in the 1980s and 1990s is very limited, and they represent an historic collaboration by legendary blademasters that can never be replicated. Like all works of art, this prototype knife is a unique and valuable collectible destined to become a precious family heirloom—as well as a magnificent exhibit and excellent investment that will increase in value over time.
The Grizzly
has never been used or sharpened beyond its original manufacturing release, and it has been carefully stored in temperature-controlled storage. This masterpiece is in mint, showroom condition.
