30 days money back. Buyer pays the return shipping.The following warranty and guarantee terms start from the original purchase date.The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request. Please be advised that we cannot process exchanges without an RMA #. Units returned will be tested, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. Units returned and not found defective will be returned at buyer’s expense.
Customers must report to us within 7 business days if item DOA or can’t work, and return package within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given via paypal only if item DOA and can’t be replaced.Do not post negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to resolve your problem.
All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item).
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
Buyers can't return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item. We have no responsibility for buyer's mistake in bid and won't refund the payment under such condition after shipment. Buyer shall inspect the equipment upon receipt of the package. If buyer deems equipment packaging to be damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to photograph the package and notify us immediately. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 5 days of receipt. Failure of buyer to notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the equipment.
A product returned for exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.
Shipping
Item will be shipped after the payment has been received within 24 hours . We will only ship to confirmed address from Paypal if pay via Paypal. Buyer is not permitted to change their shipping address through the email. Buyer should be responsible for all the costs caused by a wrong address.
Do not provide local pick up service. Shipping cost is not negotiable.
