    All orders within the Continental US will be shipped within 24-48 hours on regular business days unless extended handling time has been added. Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday morning. All orders will be packaged securely and shipped using either FedEx, UPS, USPS, ENSENDIA, LASERSHIP, ONTRAC, BLUE_PACKAGE or PRESTIGE but always fully insured. We will combine shipping for multiple items when possible. Shipping transit times vary and usually take 1-7 business days based on the final destination and the service selected.     We offer a money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges) on items returned within 30 days of purchase. We also welcome exchanging. Customer is responsible for return postage. Simply contact us with the reason for the return. Do not send anything back without an RA# (Return Authorization) since it will not be processed. All returns require authorization--items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. All returned items must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (intact UPC bar codes and serial numbers ) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return. We can either send a replacement/exchange or issue a full refund (minus shipping). If your item is damaged, please contact us with details about the damage and we need you to email photos of the issue to us, we will then forward this information to the warehouse to process and handle shipping you a replacement at our cost within the U.S. only. Items which are defective we can handle taking care of getting you a working item (upon availability) within 30 days of purchase. Please provide serial number when contacting us. After 30 days please contact the respective manufacturer, all our items are backed by the full warranty from the manufacturer.
