    Jim Webb was an apprentice in the custom knife shop of his uncle the renowned G.W. Stone, one of the founding members of the Knifemakers Guild. After becoming an accomplished maker of fine hunting knives, he returned to Joplin and opened his own shop, Webb Custom Knives. His knives were shipped to hunters and collectors all over the United States and internationally. Jim passed away in 2009.
