Each end has about an inch or so without curl. Each is new, individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve.
This cord does work on the series 2 phone (which has oval buttons and a "humpback receiver) but it is an off white. The series 2 white phones are VERY bright. Go to our store and search for Partner 18D series 2.

NOT 9 FEET
. Add a little more for the uncoiled portion on each end. It is called a 9 foot cord because 9 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
