This is the Aastra DHSG EHS Cable Kit to be used to interface Aastra phones with Jabra Jabra/GN EHS hookswitch (Jabra wireless headsets), Plantronics APS-1 (older Plantronics CS Series), Plantronics APS-11 (Plantronics Savi and new CS510, CS520, CS540 Series). If the listing is Local Pickup only, we can palletize it for a flat rate of for standard size pallets.  You must arrange freight shipping yourself, and provide a BOL for your carrier of choice.
Returns are not accepted unless the item was sold with a warranty.
Items under warranty may be returned within 14 days of delivery date, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays for return shipping. Item must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
All returns because of compatibility issues or problems that were not tested for, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are on final bid amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Please do not come to our facility until we notify you that your item is ready for pickup.
Local pickup orders take 1-2 days to process, and may be picked up Monday through Friday between 11am and 5pm.
Items not picked up within 7 days will incur a storage fee of .00 per listing per day. After 30 days, items will be recycled and no refund given. No Exceptions.
