This is a PRE-SALE item with an extended of Greater than 30 business day handling time.
The US mint does not give an exact date of release for Pennies so, I am estimating based on previous years experience of selling.
I expect to ship it to customers around Mid-to-Late MARCH 2023. (Please do not purchase if you can not wait)

- Please expect minor spotting, bag marks, etc visible via 3x magnification. The US mint doesn't always make High Quality coins and typically 1000s of Pennies we go through get returned to banks as Fed rolls of Pennies are not designated as collector rolls and the mint doesn't do much for quality control. This year we have decide to sell both
High Quality BU
coins similar to the coin set we sold in previous years and
Budget Buy
coins we would typically return to banks which many are still good enough to sell.
For many of our buyers who have purchase from us in the past and want the same quality that they purchase before then you would want the High Quality BU set. For the High quality coins, typically only about 1-2 coins per roll make the cut. NO END OF THE ROLL COINS WILL BE INCLUDED.

Our quality control is based on 20 years of experience with coins and may be different compared to buyers personal
preference
. If buyer is wanting a specific quality we recommend that the buyer buy a certified coin rather than purchasing a non-certified coins. eBay does not allow us to give a rating for the coins we sell as they are not certified by a recommended 3rd party certification service.
Pre-Sale Purchases
As per eBay policy, Pre-Sale items will be shipped within 30-business days of purchase. Please remember business days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's, or Federal Holidays.
Buyers may only cancel a pre-sale purchase up to (1) week until the official release date.
NO cancelations will be allowed for items containing precious metals such as Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
Buyers may request a full refund if not delivered by the estimated delivery date.
Once Pre-sale items are available for shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to process all of the pre-sale orders depending on the quantity of orders received. Priority will go to early orders based on the order they are received (or based on their required ship date).
Please be aware that during Pre-sales, prices tend to fluctuate with the current market. So, please only buy when you are happy with the price you are paying as no refunds will be issued.
Payments
Payment must be made with in 7 days of end of auction.
Large/Special Order
If you have a special-order request (any combination of items currently listed), please check with me directly. I have not posted everything due to the limited eBay store space.
Shipping & Handling Time
Most of the items (except Pre-sale items) will be sent out within 1-2 business days after you pay the invoice. Please review the positive feedback from the buyers. The actual delivery time varies due to the destination. Please remember business days do not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Federal Holidays.
I can only ship to the address you used at checkout. Your address cannot be changed after purchase.

as it is not scanned by the mailman and is ONLY used to provide delivery confirmation as recommended by eBay. Tracking may indicate it was delivered when it wasn't. Be patient it will arrive by the end of next business day or by estimated delivery date. Please contact me if you have an issue with the delivery of your purchase.
We occasionally use physical stamps which require us to get a tracking number from the post office and so we may add your tracking number for your purchase later in the day.
You will receive a notice (via eBay message system) from me once your order has been processed and shipped. Please be aware orders cannot be canceled after this notice has been sent even if not marked as shipped yet.
